How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times may vary and can range from 7-21 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Simply visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment.
Returns, refusals, and deductions
User must notify Alda Nails of all returns, deductions, or other disputes within 15 days of User’s receipt of order.
No product will be returned without the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). All returns must be approved by Alda Nails Customer Service in advance.
RMA's are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to see if international shipping is available for your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Freight terms
Alda Nails reserves the right to charge a 20% service restocking charge on all orders not accepted for delivery.
Alda Nails reserves the right to choose the freight carrier on prepaid shipments.
Damage and shortage policy
All shipments are packed with great care. Any damages or shortages (including latent damages) must be reported by User to Alda Nails Customer Service within 48 hours of User’s receipt of shipment.
